The GMW-B5000 series evolves the original DW-5000C concept with upgraded exterior, structure, and module. A fine resin cushioning structure between the metal bezel and inner case, plus high-impact Rogamid at the band attachment, enhances shock resistance even in a full metal design. An STN-LCD and film solar cell improve legibility from an angle, while a high-brightness full auto LED (Super Illuminator) with fade-in/fade-out and selectable afterglow (2 or 4 seconds) ensures visibility in the dark.
